What is Eco Tourism?

Tourism in a natural area that focuses on optimal use, leaves minimal impact on the environment and offers interesting ways to learn about the environment with operators that use resources wisely, contribute to conserving the environment and help local communities. 

Healing with Nature has achieved full EcoTourism Certification from EcoTourism Australia in recognition of our sustainability programs and low impact operations.
What is a Parks Eco Pass?

Parks Eco Pass is the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service program for licensing operators who conduct commercial tours and recreational and educational activities in parks. 

Healing with Nature is licensed to offer nature-based tours in 11 National Parks in NSW.
What is Forest Therapy?

The International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance (INFTA) implements and promotes Forest Therapy as an evidence-based Public health practice through international partnerships with research institutions, government bodies and other relevant stakeholders.

INFTA is committed to establish Forest Therapy as a scientifically-proven natural medicine by expanding its networks and establishing partnerships with research, education and Public Health bodies across the globe. Through these networks, INFTA will access studies, contribute to research on and create awareness about Forest Therapy. INFTA’s mission is to make Forest Therapy accessible for the health and wellbeing of people world-wide.Sarah Brikke is a fully certified Forest Therapy Guide and utilises this powerful training to guide groups through deeply healing nature experiences.
What is Mental Health First Aid?

Mental Health First Aid is the initial help offered to someone who is experiencing a mental health problem, or a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional help is received or the crisis is resolved. Having the knowledge and the practical skills to proactively initiate a supportive conversation with someone you are concerned about can make all the difference.

Mental Health First Aid offers early-intervention education courses for adults in the workplace that increase mental health literacy and teach the practical skills needed to support a co-worker experiencing a mental health problem. Sarah Brikke is a fully certified Mental Health First Aid worker and comfortably initiates supportive conversations within her programs as deemed necessary.
